AI-assisted suggestions are provided for convenience only.
- Suggestions may be inaccurate.
- You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all details.
- The app does not guarantee correctness of item identification or value estimation.
Subscriptions and Billing
- Pricing is displayed in the App Store.
- Subscriptions are managed by Apple.
- Refunds and billing issues are handled according to Apple's policies.
No Warranty
Where's It App? is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- That the app will meet every expectation
- That AI suggestions will be correct
- That data will never be lost due to device failure or deletion
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Where's It App? and its creators are not liable for:
- Lost or incorrect data
- Financial loss based on item values
- Accidental deletion or misclassification
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
